We find, however, that the vast majority of emails for the last few years are on topics we have already covered. Our old search engine was highly inefficient and didn't allow readers (or us!) to quickly find the answers to these previously covered topics.

So here's what we're going to do from here on out: If you have a question, before you email us, use Google's site-specific search. It is a fabulous tool to help you find exactly what you need in the pages of Green Books. It works like this:

1. Go to www.google.com. In the search box, type your search term, such as
   Olog-hai
2. Leave a space, then type:
   site:greenbooks.theonering.net
   so that the whole search box now says:
   olog-hai site:greenbooks.theonering.net
3. Hey presto, you will get more results--from only our pages--than you can shake a stick at.

In the future, we will be trying to bring back the Q&A feature, but we will be selecting only the very thoughtful questions we haven't dealt with before. So if you want to give us a whopper, fire away--but make sure we haven't answered it before. :)
